Emissons-free living is now a thing.  Master-planned developments are taking the guesswork out of emission-free living.

Hunter’s Point development is the first LEED Zero–certified community in the world.  This 18-acre development was created by Developer Marshall Gobuty of Sarasota, Fla. He says. “There’s no energy cost associated with the 86 single-family houses except for a $35 monthly maintenance fee from Florida Power”.  The community is completely powered independently with solar & battery power without relying on any state-run power grid.
