We truly believe that if you have to ask us then we haven’t done a good enough job in communicating. We have to be proactive and always anticipating the things you need and want to know!
So how do we make sure that communication is good and at the forefront of everything we do?
First, we only hire agents with experience!! It takes an experienced agent who has had a few burns to truly understand the pain that comes when important information is not communicated to their clients. We never want to leave a client in the unknown.
We spend the time and funds to reinvest in our company to ensure we provide each of our clients with the most up-to-date resources and technology. Whether that is software to have clients sign documents electronically or providing our agents with CRM systems to help organize and track all of your communications to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. 
We guide you through the process and are involved the entire way. We have curated our own 9Yards buying and selling checklist to make sure you know what’s coming next and what needs to be done. 
We don’t cut you loose after you are under contract- Our client care team communicates with you from contract to closing. Our team gives bi-weekly updates on the construction of your new home. Client Care also follows up with your lender, attorney, builder, or us to ensure that all items are completed and that nothing outstanding will hold up your closing on your new home.
We do everything we can to make sure our communication with you is on point. Our goal is to give you an experience that you wanna tell your new neighbors about!
